Tell us before ordering
Use the quote form to disclose every known allergy, intolerance or dietary requirement. GyulRose must confirm the ingredients, recipe and ability to accommodate the request before the order is accepted.
The 14 regulated allergens
UK food businesses manage celery, cereals containing gluten, crustaceans, eggs, fish, lupin, milk, molluscs, mustard, nuts, peanuts, sesame, soya and sulphur dioxide/sulphites.
Cross-contamination
Do not assume that a cake is free from an allergen because that ingredient is absent from a short gallery description. Preparation environment, decorations and supplier ingredients also matter. The baker must provide the approved operational wording before this prototype is deployed.
Information with the order
Written allergen information should be confirmed before purchase and supplied again with collection or delivery where required. Contact GyulRose if any information is unclear before eating the cake.
