Privacy notice

This local prototype collects information only when someone submits a cake enquiry. Before deployment, the business owner must confirm the retention period, lawful basis, processors and deletion contact details.

Information requested

Name, phone number, email address, event details, postcode, cake preferences, allergy information and any reference link voluntarily supplied.

Why it is used

To assess availability, prepare and discuss a quote, fulfil an accepted order, communicate about collection or delivery and keep necessary business records.

Who receives it

GyulRose Cakes and the services used to deliver the enquiry workflow. The current workflow uses a website form and n8n automation. The final list of processors must be confirmed before publication.

How long it is kept

The owner must define and insert a proportionate retention period before deployment. Enquiry information should not be kept indefinitely without a business or legal reason.
