Ordering terms

The following principles protect customers from treating an enquiry as a confirmed order. Deposit, cancellation, amendment and refund details must be supplied by the owner before deployment.

Enquiries and bookings

A website or WhatsApp enquiry does not reserve a date. An order is confirmed only after GyulRose accepts the design, date, fulfilment arrangements and final price under the agreed payment process.

Prices

Website prices are starting guides. Size, tiers, ingredients, decoration, toppers, flowers, delivery and setup can change the final quote.

Designs

Reference photographs communicate a direction. Handmade cakes can contain natural variation, and a previous cake is not a guarantee of an identical reproduction.

Collection and delivery

Times, address details, delivery availability, charges and safe handover requirements must be agreed for each order.
